Ingredients:
1 chicken (750 gr)
7 shallots
3 cm laos
1 serehstengel
2 cloves garlic
4 red Lombok
4 jeruk purut leaves
4 salam leaves
150 gr grated coconut
salt to taste
1 Thelen Gula Jawa (palm sugar)
1 lime (juice)
150 ml water
150 ml water
6 tablespoons oil
Preparation:
First Cut the chicken into pieces and rub the pieces with the lime juice. Laos can then be chopped to a paste.
Heat water in a pan and add the chicken pieces again. About 10 minutes cooking, and remove the chicken from the pan.
The the shallots, garlic, finely cut and Lombok.
Heat the oil in a wok / wadjan and bake it golden brown around the chicken. Remove the chicken from the wok / wadjan and this drain on kitchen / toilet paper. Add the shallots and garlic (about 3 minutes baking).
