Ingredients:
1 chicken heavy (1500 g)
4 Thelen breath
100 ml water
300 ml Santen asli (thick coconut milk)

7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 cm jahe
1 serehstengel
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 teaspoon sambal ulek or 4 red Lombok
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon peppercorns


Preparation:

Cut the chicken into 5 á 6stukken. Mix the breath in the water. Rub or times (preferably rub) the ingredients for the boemboe to a fine paste. Mix the boemboe to breath water and Santen asli. Marinate the chicken for this at least 3 hours. Grid then the chicken slowly about 40min.

If you have a charcoal fire is really a must.
