Ingredients:
1 / 2 pack eggnoodle
100 gr bovine Poulet
1 1 / 2 cup of chopped cabbage
100 gr beansprouts
100 gr beansprouts
1 / 2 cup chopped leek
1 / 2 cup chopped celery
4 dl strong broth
1 large onion cut
2 garlic cloves from the clip
1/2 theespoon, pepper
1 piece fresh djahe
alt to taste

Serve:
Peel first djahe, chop fine and rub it into the mortar. Cut the meat into cubes and cooked in the boiling water. Prepare the noodles ready as shown on the packaging. Fry the onions, garlic, pepper, and salt djahe in some oil. Then add the meat and bake it as you can. After that the cabbage, leeks and add noodles. Finally you add the bean sprouts and hot broth.
