Ingredients:
1000 gr fish (salt/fresh water)
1 sereh / lemongrass, crushed
3 sprigs kemangi (lemon basil)

6 tomatoes
2 leeks
1 tbsp salt
15 red lomboks / large chilies
3 cm laos / galangal
4 cm jahe / ginger
1 lime (juice)
1500 ml water

Preperation/method:
Clean the fish and rub it in with the salt and the lime juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Slice the leek into rings, the tomatoes in parts and the lomboks in large pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the leek, the sereh, the kemangi, the tomatoes, the lomboks, the laos and the jahe.

Finally add the fish and let it simmer slowly for 20 minutes.
